DO you love DEEP tissue work? Sometimes we just need a serious neck and back muscle release session. Our treatment utilizes trigger point therapy, stretching and movement, our medical grade analgesic cream, and cupping therapy*. Our automated table will stretch your spine and release all of your hidden trouble spots.

*PLEASE NOTE: Cupping therapy is contraindicated for people who are on blood thinning medication, are pregnant, have had a heart attack in the last six months, or have a sunburn. Cupping therapy also can cause discolorations that can occur from the release and clearing of stagnation and toxins that may last up to a week. This deeply healing therapy  is still available for people who would not like or cannot receive cupping.

Dry brushing- Garshana is an ancient practice with a myriad of incredible health benefits; when it is coupled with massage, it will leave you and your skin feeling relaxed, invigorated, and silky smooth and break down cellulite. Your therapist will gently exfoliate with a brush and warm Bian stone in a rhythmic motion followed by a aromatherapy massage

Awaken your senses and enliven your body with warm cocoa butter coconut  oil and a hot rocks massage…YUM!  Hands and rocks are used through out the treatment.

If it’s your feet that make you melt, you will love this foot pampering restorative therapy. First a

• soak in a warm bubbly foot bath with pure aromatherapy oils and salts as well as chinese herbs
• followed by an abrasive foot polish removing dead, dry skin
•  exhale as your whole body is stimulated with foot reflexology.

Also very helpful for foot cramps, planter fasciatus, and sore / sprained ankles.** during summer months this can be done outside by the river

CNT practitioners are trained in Chi-Kung and work mainly on the abdomen with deep, soft and gentle touches, to train internal organs to work more efficiently.
Unprocessed emotional charges are also addressed in this manner, as well as all of the body systems: digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, muscular-skeletal, and the acupuncture meridian system. We recommend NOT eating 2 hrs before this treatment
