Spa Policies & Booking

Reservations

Our full spa menu is available for instant online booking.

• Book 1–2 hours in advance (seasonal) up to 30 days ahead online

• For immediate availability or extended booking requests, please call

• If no availability appears online, we may still have openings—we encourage you to call

Couples & Multiple Services:
Please reserve each service individually to ensure proper scheduling.

Groups (5+ guests):
Kindly call to arrange. Group reservations require coordination and may include a deposit.

Securing Your Appointment

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

• Cards are not charged at booking (except same-day reservations)

• Same-day bookings are charged in full at the time of booking

• A 24-hour confirmation reminder will be sent via text or email

Arrival

To preserve a seamless and unhurried experience:

• New guests: arrive 15 minutes prior

• Returning guests: arrive 10 minutes prior

• A 10-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals

Please note: late arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service, while the full service fee remains applicable.

Cancellation Policy (Strictly Enforced)

We are an intimate, appointment-based spa. Each reservation is held exclusively for you.

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or modify any appointment

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s)

• This policy ensures respect for our therapists’ time and other guests seeking appointments

Gift Certificate Policy (Firm)

• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase

• A one-time 6-month grace period is extended beyond expiration

• After 18 months, certificates remain redeemable at 65% of the original value

• Gift certificates may be applied toward spa services, retail products, or retreat stays

All gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of redemption.

We accept:

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

• Cash and local checks

Gratuities: Gratefully accepted in in CC format but CASH  /VENMO is preferred and always appreciated.

Spa Etiquette

We are a professional, therapeutic environment grounded in respect and discretion.

• Guests must arrive clean, sober, and prepared to relax

• Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service, full payment due, and possible further action

• Client confidentiality is always honored

A Note on Our Setting

We are a boutique, family-run spa—intentionally quiet and personalized.

While we do not maintain a full-time front desk, we are attentive and responsive:

• Calls and emails are returned throughout the day between treatments

• Please leave a detailed message if we miss you
